Cancellations & Refunds policy

In order to cancel or reschedule a service, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Reiki Sessions:

• Appointments that are missed, cancelled, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice before your scheduled session will not be refunded.

• Cancellations 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee for services scheduled. The remainder will be reimbursed to you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your requested cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

• Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will be charged for a full session. Scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time.

• Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection for your session. Any sessions that end due to unstable connection may be subject to rescheduling at the practitioner’s discretion.

• Inappropriate or suggestive behavior of any nature will not be tolerated. The practitioner reserves the right to end the session immediately if this occurs, without refund.

• All sales for Reiki sessions are final. Refunds are not offered for cancellations with less than 24-hour notice, missed appointments, or dissatisfaction with services. No refunds will be given after a service is performed.

Reiki Classes

• Classes must be paid at least 14 days before to the first day of class to secure your place and ensure that manuals are received prior to class.

• Class payments are non-refundable and can be transferred to another class date if you are unable to attend..

• Please ensure that you have a secure internet connection and are available to provide your full attention for the entire duration of class.

• Any missed days of class will result in a requirement to retake the class in order to receive certification.
